Rates are non-negotiable and to be given in an envelope at beginning of date. Visit only upscale hotels/residences. Exclusive travel bookings can be made for a 12 hour minimum for the US (shorter minimum required for close Canadian destinations) plus airfare and accommodations, Business/First class seats required on flights lasting more than 3 hours. 50% deposit required for all travel bookings and bookings 12 hours or more. Please contact me for longer term arrangements and rates for different cities. Couples please add an additional $200 to listed rates.
